The service

ImgFlow provides image compression and conversion tools that run in your browser. Core tools are free forever, core features need no registration, and there are no file-count or per-file size limits.

The Pricing page lists the Pro plan and its prices. Using the free tools does not bill you. Paid Pro purchases go through Waffo hosted checkout after sign-in.

Who operates ImgFlow

ImgFlow is operated by taoliapp, an independent developer.

On-device processing

Image processing runs in your browser. This site has no image-upload endpoint and is not a data processor for the files you convert. Files you drop in stay on your device unless you download or share them yourself.

Your files

Content you process remains yours. We do not receive, store, or take a license to your images.

Merchant of record (Waffo)

Payments are processed by Waffo, our Merchant of Record.

Waffo is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for paid transactions: you purchase from Waffo through the Waffo platform, and ImgFlow licenses the product to you. Waffo handles payment processing, calculation and remittance of applicable taxes, regulatory compliance, and customer billing. Buyer terms: https://www.waffo.ai/en/buyer-terms

Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Fees charged by Waffo are included in the listed price; applicable taxes and other governmental charges are added by Waffo at checkout.

Pro

A Pro plan is an annual subscription at $29/year (USD). It renews automatically each year at $29 USD unless you cancel. Requires sign-in. Get Pro on this site starts sign-in, then Waffo hosted checkout. Cancel anytime before renewal: open “Manage subscription” on your account page to use the Waffo customer portal, or email taoliapp@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future yearly charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid. In the portal you can also request a refund and view receipts.

Acceptable use, warranty, and liability

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Parts of the site may change or be discontinued.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and the operator of ImgFlow is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Term & Termination

These terms apply for as long as you use ImgFlow. The free tools need no account, and you can stop using them at any time.

You can cancel Pro at any time before renewal: open “Manage subscription” on your account page (Waffo customer portal) or email taoliapp@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future yearly charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can also ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing taoliapp@gmail.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account and your Pro access if you breach these terms, including abuse of the service (for example attempting to disrupt it or to bypass Pro access controls), using it for illegal content or other unlawful purposes, chargebacks, or fraudulent payments. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you by email.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: you may request a no-questions refund within 14 days of a Pro transaction, and Waffo, as merchant of record, refunds it to the original payment method. If we terminate your Pro access for a reason other than your breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.

When an account is closed, by you or by us, we delete its account record (sign-in email, plan, expiry date, Waffo identifiers and sign-in sessions) within 30 days. Waffo keeps its own transaction records as merchant of record. Your images were never on our servers, so there is nothing image-related to delete.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
