Does Pro auto-renew? How do I cancel?
Yes. Pro is billed annually at $29 USD and renews automatically each year at $29 USD unless you cancel. Cancel anytime before the next renewal: open “Manage subscription” on your account page to use the Waffo customer portal, or email taoliapp@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Core tools stay free either way.
How are taxes handled?
Listed prices exclude tax. Waffo (our merchant of record) calculates and collects any applicable tax for your region at checkout — the total including tax is shown before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every purchase has a 14-day no-questions refund handled by Waffo; email taoliapp@gmail.com and we will start it.
What is Waffo, and why does checkout happen there?
Waffo is ImgFlow’s merchant of record and authorized reseller: you buy from Waffo, which handles payment, taxes, and invoices, while ImgFlow provides the product. We never see your card number.
What happens when Pro expires?
The 21 core tools keep working, free and unlimited, and your images and custom presets stay on your own device; only Studio workflows and the advanced encoders lock. If you turned off auto-renew or the paid period ended, subscribe again anytime to restore Studio.
Does Pro work offline?
Yes. All processing happens locally in your browser; Pro works offline via the PWA exactly like the free tier.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. As merchant of record, Waffo provides a receipt and invoice after payment, and you can enter company details at checkout (the purchasing-as-a-business option).
